The original is a totally weird track from 1981. Which starts off with classical rock, than turns into some sort of proto-house and than goes to disco-rock. But that's not all cause than it does all those styles over again. All within 3 or 4 minutes. Pretty hard to re-edit. But I managed to do it. Vic pointed me to this track. So this one is for you Vic!

Apparently this was the only single the late actress Marisa Mell ever did and it got slated at the time and disappeared into obscurity only to become a euro-trash collectors item....so you have chosen a really really rare track to work your space-kudu voodoo magic on! To be honest I have never heard the original or the flipside "Slave Of Love', it never seems to have surfaced on any compilations or blog sites so if you do know where I could find a rip of the original I would be most appreciative.
Anyway, onto the re-edit itself, its such an infectious chug-a-long journey that twists and turns through a multitude of genres so as you said, it must have been a hell of a job reworking the different styles into a coherent whole....but it works! Marisa's breathy S&M commentary with more than a nod to the classic S&M tale "The Story Of O" keeps it together and I love that vocal loop "to be a slave all nights and days" before it breaks down and then the guitars kick in and all mayhem gets let loose!
This is one of my favourite edits and definitely one of the best you have ever done...all kudos to space kudu!
